Practice Policy on missed
Appointments and late cancellations:
We understand that appointments may have to be altered for various reasons and we are happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.
General appointments require 2 full working days notice and specialist appointments require 7 full working days’ notice, as this will result in you losing your deposit.
When appointments are made a fixed amount of time is allocated to your treatment. If sufficient notice is not given, then this valuable time is wasted.
Please note that a charge is payable for missed, changed or late cancellations.
